Ordered item 08/27/21 , they changed date to 09/21/21 , then to 11/16/21 , now sometime ln Dec. Question. 2021 or 2022 ? Yet they have them listed in their new Holiday catalog.How can not have this item on in stock and offer it for sale. Sweetheart of a Company to do business with , don't you think?
Zen stone decorative figure
ordered zen stone from Viva Terra and when opening noticed rounded base lacked enough flat surface to provide stability. Talked to cust. Rep. Named Brittany who was very professional , courteous and just a genuine pleasure to deal with. She said Viva Terra does everything possible to guarantee customer satisfaction and she was going to send me another Zen Stone free of charge
1 week later another stone arrived in perfect condition. It is a exceptionally attractive item as are all their items.
Check to see for yourself. Question... Would l order from them again? Answer...yes every day of the week and twice on SundayZen stone decorative figure
Item probably comes to them prepackaged , no quality control check. Stone not staple. Wrote bad review, Guess what picture of zen stone on their website now shows it with much flatter base. Stone very heavy 25 lbs , wouldn't want that tipping over. In my humble opinion not great outfit to order from.

I love the things at this store but the shipping is just awful. They say it’s in stock when you purchase the item but then you later find out it is not in stock. I ordered both items in May and I keep getting emails every two months saying they are back ordered. One item is taking six months to arrive the other says 4 months. If the company does not have the items in stock they should say that instead of posting in stock. People don’t expect to wait six months for an item. I feel like they just want your money but they know they can’t supply the goods. This is not good customer service especially when you pay for the product. It’s not about refunding someone back their money when it takes a long time to deliver the item…it’s about being honest about your products being in stock! There should be some compensation when a person has to wait 6 months. This is just wrong!!

Worthy every penny
I am using the doors for quite long, and i am really happy that i bought one. its really good if you don't want to spend your money again and again on doors. I previous was rotten from sides, only god knows how that happens in the first place. But then again i am not going to invest my money on something like that. SO yes go for this one.
