By the time I checked my inbox again it was already a week later and no tracking showed up. I ordered on Feb 3 and only after I asked did they say the item was sold out — no proactive heads up. They offered a different color and I agreed, but I'm still waiting for any tracking or follow up from Nala. Other retailers usually send updates, so this felt sloppy and a bit like being ghosted. Hope they fix it.
