The customer service at this store was amazing. My fiancé and I were having trouble figuring out the right ring sizes for our wedding, but the person helping us at the store was incredibly helpful and knew their stuff. Custom jewelry purchase
I just bought a custom piece of jewelry and I had a really good experience with the company. Making my own unique piece was easy and the final product was even better than I expected. The prices were fair, especially with the discounts they gave me, so I think it was a great deal for the quality of the work. The customer service was amazing, they helped me with the design and took care of any problems right away.
Two bracelets
I just bought two bracelets from this store and I have to say, their customer service is amazing! I needed them in a hurry, and they really went the extra mile to get them to me quickly. I was a little unsure about ordering online at first, but once I placed my order, they shipped it right away with tracking so I could follow it. The bracelets got here on time and they are even more gorgeous in person. The quality is fantastic, so I'll definitely be shopping here again.

I got this custom pendant made at this awesome place and it came out absolutely fantastic. The quality of the piece was even better than I had hoped for and I'm just thrilled with how it turned out. And let me tell you, the customer service was outstanding too. Every time I had a question, they were right there with helpful answers. Solid 14kt gold rope chain
Very easy to do business with very fast shipping beautiful chain. And they answered all my questions quickly. So don't know why anyone is saying they don't respond cause they were quick to answer any of mine I felt very comfortable doing business with wjd exclusives and will be doing business with them again. They ship really slowly. Before I order told that they will be ship same day after order next day. I pay extra for get fast. Now 6days later they still haven’t ship the item. Never answering called and live chat is answer 5,6 hours later if lucky. I don’t feel trust to shop again when they lies about shipping and when you pay extra for the ship fast.
