I got this custom pendant made at this awesome place and it came out absolutely fantastic. The quality of the piece was even better than I had hoped for and I'm just thrilled with how it turned out. And let me tell you, the customer service was outstanding too. Every time I had a question, they were right there with helpful answers. Plus, the shipping was super fast, I got my order right on time with no problems at all. Overall, I definitely suggest this place to anyone who wants top-notch jewelry and great customer service.
Solid 14kt gold rope chain
Very easy to do business with very fast shipping beautiful chain. And they answered all my questions quickly. So don't know why anyone is saying they don't respond cause they were quick to answer any of mine I felt very comfortable doing business with wjd exclusives and will be doing business with them again. They ship really slowly. Before I order told that they will be ship same day after order next day. I pay extra for get fast. Now 6days later they still haven’t ship the item. Never answering called and live chat is answer 5,6 hours later if lucky. I don’t feel trust to shop again when they lies about shipping and when you pay extra for the ship fast.
