Pet medication
I recently bought some pet meds from World Pet Express. It took forever to arrive, like 11 whole days, but I was happy to see that it was the right stuff and had a good expiration date. The packaging was really well done too, kept everything safe and secure.
Flea medication mix-up
I ordered this fancy flea medicine for my pet and you won't believe this - they sent me the generic stuff instead of the brand name I paid extra for! I was so disappointed. And get this, they tried to say I picked the generic, but my receipt proves otherwise. And as if that wasn't bad enough, they had the nerve to tape a note on the box saying they couldn't give out the brand name and wouldn't let me return it. Can you believe that? Total scam! Don't waste your money there, their customer service is terrible.
Revolution for pets
I recently had a really bad experience with the service at World Pet Express. I bought Revolution for my pets, thinking I was gonna get the real deal like they promised. But when I got my package, it was all knock-off stuff and not what I thought I was paying for. When I tried to talk to customer service about it, they were no help at all and insisted that's what I bought, even though my receipts said otherwise. I was so irritated and felt like I got ripped off. I ended up filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau to let others know about my bad experience.
Cat food
I got cat food from this place and oh man, it was a complete mess! They only gave me half of what I ordered and it was the wrong kind of cat food! Can you believe that? But that's not even the worst part - it's been 2 months and I still haven't gotten my money back. Whenever I call them up, they keep asking for a new photo - are you kidding me? Such scammers, they basically stole my cash and wasted my time. Definitely not giving them my business again!
Nexgard
I ordered nexgard from this site without prescription needed. This is helpful to me. I immediately was charfed and did receive confirmation email. It took a few buisness days for the place to call to confirm address before shipping. Im assuming they will ship now. I will update this review to let u know how long shipping takes from uk to oregon in usa. So far so good!
Cat Flea Med
This appears to be a scam. Never got the order. Continued to get a run-around. Ignored my request for refund. Don't recommend you waste your time or money.

replacement for heart guard very happy with you guys you don't know how tired i get about having to have a prescription for myself and especially a dog they hang you out to dry on this stuff am very thankful for people like you who help the small guy instead of reaming people out with a dam prescription way to go guys thanks michelle & rick bappert
Interceptor
Called me within 2-3 days of placing order to confirm my address and it shipped a few days later. Once it shipped, it came in 4 days. So from order to receiving it took 12 days. I had to order more heartworm protection to go with the flea and tick medication I had for my dog because I moved and the new vet wanted to prescribe new medication. I wanted to use up the existing medication I had. So all in all, it worked out!
2016 , 2021
The place is on the up and up. There not selling ED pills and anything you want there helping the poor get the meds they need to keep there animals healthy. I just placed another never had a issue. Yes the products are real.
Nexguard Dog
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND BUYING FROM THIS SITE. The product I bought looks nothing like the picture and product itself. Very sketchy and it took over a month to get the medication needed for my dog. I also wanted to add in that after my dog took the Nexguard he was whining and crying all night in pain. Really strange because he has taken Nexguard before and never had this happened.

Heartgard for Dogs
It took 66 days from initial order to actual delivery. My Heartgard order was shipped from Germany. Maybe Worldpetexpress should consider dropping the word "express" from their name. I was pleased with the product once it finally arrived and the the people at customer service were always courteous. No tracking number is provided on your purchase so you must rely on the Worldpetexpress toll-free phone line for updates on shipment status. If you use this company, you should expect a 2 1/2 month wait for your pets meds to arrive so order well in advance.
Heartgard 12 doses for 51-100 lbs.
It is made in the USA. Had a little difficulty with ordering online but called toll free number and put order in. It took 3.5 weeks to receive but I expected that. I am extremely satisfied with my order and the heartgard.
Revolution for kittens
Waiting a ridiculous amount of time for my order. I asked about returning because I needed the product yesterday and told no returns. So I'm out 63.00 and have to purchase it elsewhere because I needed it when they said it would be here. No tracking information, just so happened to ship the same day I called the 1st time. My 2nd phone call was as unproductive as the first accept this time is sounded like lady was cooking and I hears chickens in the background. So stay clear of this so called busineas
Frontline Plus
DO NOT BUY FROM!! Had to call multiple times because I didn’t receive the product. Offered a refund several times but it was never received. Ordered in April, FINALLY received the product in September and it was expired. Will never use them again!
Heartgard
I received my order yesterday, and will be ordering from them again. They clearly tell you, when ordering to add 10-20 extra days for delivery. So it will take, about a month to get your order. I was very happy, with my purchase.
Nexgard
My order was placed on May 1st,it is now June 22nd my order still hasn't got here. I will never,ever order from these people again. And no emails or anything to say why it's late.
Not worth your time!Heartgard tablets
Ordered the tablets on April 5th 2020 and now it is June 6th 2020 and still have not received the order. They are blaming it on Covid19 virus shutdown. I know better as I ordered stuff from other over seas places and received my stuff in a week or two. These people need to be shut down as they are just a bunch of thieves. It does not take 3 months to get an order Covid 19 virus or not.
I’m in the same boat— it says my order of HeartGard was shipped 4/20, but still haven’t received it. My requests for refund have been answered with “please allow an additional 4 weeks for delivery...” Not pleased.
Heartguard for Dogs
Just be forewarned that your order will take a VERY long time to arrive. Make supplementary arrangements for your pets as needed with regard to medications. I ordered canine HeartGuard on April 15. My order was shipped in MAY according to their records. My first inquiry yielded the response of, "it will be there by May 26th" - unfortunate, but I waited. I called today to make sure it was on its way, and am told now that the expected arrival date for me is June 19th. THEY DO NOT PROVIDE ANY SORT OF TRACKING NUMBER so you are at their mercy. If the meds aren't here by June 19th - their 'postponed date', I am calling the credit card company, and World Pet Express and requesting a refund. I will search online harder and endeavor not to have to order from this company going forward.
