Online suit purchase
I just bought a suit online and was a little nervous about how it would fit. But when it showed up, I was happy to see that it fit just right! The fabric is really soft and has a little bit of stretch, so it's super comfy to wear all day. It not only looks sharp, but it also feels really good on. I'm totally in love with it!
Suit exchange
I ran into an issue with my order and had to swap out the suit. The customer service crew really came through, they were so quick to respond and provided great assistance. They guided me through the whole exchange procedure and made sure I ended up with the right size. I can't thank them enough for their top-notch customer service!
Late delivery, unexpected fees, poor quality
I bought an X-suit Sport and had to wait longer for delivery because of problems in Hong Kong. Customer service didn't tell me about the delay until I contacted them. Then, I had to unexpectedly pay extra fees in cash for customs when my order arrived. Plus, the suit material seems cheap and the size calculator app didn't get it right - the suit is too big. And now I have to pay to ship it back, which seems old-fashioned for a high-end item.
Overpriced face masks
I bought some face masks from this company not too long ago, and I have to say, I was pretty bummed about how it all went down. The website said they had the masks in stock, but turns out they didn't. They gave me a USPS tracking number, but it was all a fakeout - they hadn't actually sent anything. Plus, the masks were pricey, and it felt like they were just trying to make a fast buck without caring about what we really needed. It's frustrating to see them getting promoted online when they're clearly not being straight with their customers.
Shirt 2.0
I tried the shirt 2.0 and it wasn't the best fit for me. The chest and waist were too tight, but the neck and sleeves were good with some stretch. If you're thinking about getting something from this line, I suggest going up a size. Also, watch out for sale items because you might not be able to return them. At first, I had a rough time with customer service, but when I gave feedback, they sent me a newer shirt that was better. Overall, I'd say the 2.0 version might be good if you're super slim or like a tight fit. Even though they tried to fix things, I'm still not sure about buying from them again right now.
Third suit purchase
Buying from this company has been a breeze for me. I've bought three suits from them now, for a total of five purchases. Their sizing tool really helps me get the right fit without any guessing. And when I've had to exchange something before, the whole process was super easy and didn't cause me any headaches.
Suits for years
The customer service and communication at this place are amazing. They always respond quickly and go the extra mile to make sure you're satisfied with your purchase. The product quality is top-notch and keeps getting better every year. I highly suggest checking this place out, you won't be disappointed!

I paid $126 for a rag. Horrible quality, horrible customer service. Do yourself a favor and buy your clothes elsewhere.
Horrible Quality - I ordered 3 items. Two of the three had manufacturing defects. Issue 1 - In the pants, the crotch seam was not sewn at all (that is an important seam). Issue 2 - The shirt had a hole in it (they would not replace or refund - see customer service below), hence, I paid $126 for a rag. Issue 3 - Took me three times to get the jacket size correct. The 44 was actually tighter than the 42 indicating poor workmanship.
Horrible Customer Service - Issue 4 - Returned the 42 jacket. They said they would have to charge me since I didn't include the garment bag and hanger. I told them I was certain I did return these items. They sent me a picture of them holding up a jacket like that proved I didn't send the bag/hanger. Luckily, when I enlarged another photo they sent, it clearly showed the bag/hanger. I've never had a company try to gaslight me before. Issue 5 - I explained that the shirt had a manufacturing defect - a hole. I wore the shirt once and didn't notice a hole when I put it on. I wore the shirt under a vest. When I took off the shirt, I noticed a hole (the shirt stretches so I am not that surprised that the hole became noticeable after wearing). The area of the vest over the hole had no damage whatsoever so there was no way I could have unknowingly punctured the shirt. XSuit refused to replace or refund the shirt. Xsuit said I damaged it with no explanation as to why my vest was undamaged.
Summary - do yourself a favor and buy your clothes elsewhere.Multiple masks and filters
They took my money weeks ago and I’ve heard nothing since. I just got a response to an inquiry that told me to keep waiting. They are misrepresenting themselves as an American company. Masks are in fact from China. All fraud.
