I'm very upset i placed an order on Thursday afternoon I received a confirmation saying it will be delivered on Monday, Monday comes I get yet another e mail saying it will be here Thursday now, I have yet to receive it I called, and e mail the company and i get the same response, how do they stay in business with service like this.
Sugar and cream cotton yarn
I recently purchased sugar and cream cotton yarn on a cone. It was cut up into multiple pieces. I've already gotten six separate ... and two short pieces that are frayed. Customer service for this company doesn't care. They don't want to do a thing about it to help me. So I've just wasted a good bit of money on yarn that's unusable.
A bunch of bernat velvet
Took long to get here which is understandable during this time, but was delayed 4 times. I didn’t receive two items and was not contacted at all so I was really disappointed when I received it but was unaware they canceled those items. Would have been nice if they asked if I wanted a return or to wait, they should keep better track of their inventory it was a whole month and a half after that I received the items snd had to repurchase. And the customer service person I was emailing with took long to reply and then didn’t respond to my last email leaving me with questions unanswered. I will not be buying from here again.
Paton's yarn
I was disappointed that part of my order was unfulfilled (first back ordered, then cancelled due to the product not being restocked as they had anticipated) - stuff happens. The Customer Service response I received when communicating my frustration with this situation was exceptionally good! I will definitely shop with Yarnspirations again! Clearly they care very much about their consumers.
Bernat Baby Cotton yarn
I've sent two emails via two different avenues regarding order problems. Nobody replies. The yarn was shipped loose, just tossed into a huge cardboard box. No protective plastic wrap around them. They are also of a vastly different dye lot than the others I bought of the same yarn. Their website said buy 6 get 1 free. I bought 6 but didn't receive the free one. Just shabby service. I have no idea why this company is so popular.
Oceana and Teal Zeal Ombre
I ordered these two colors of yarn in June of 2019. Only half of the order showed up and no matter how I try to contact the company, there's no response. This is not only frustrating, but a complete waste of my time trying to contact them.
Bernat baby velvet in Cuddly Cloud
Love the color Hate the black threads all through the skein. I’m using this as a main color and have to pick out the black fibers in order to crochet. NOT FUN! Please resend another skein. This is terrible.
