Not worth it — fabric pilled after first wash and they stretched; tried them once, surprisingly comfy.
Tiny clothes, big letdown
Not recommending this brand. Bought three pricey pieces and they all shrank to kid size after cold delicate and hanging to dry — can you believe it? I wore one to a quick coffee run and the seam gave way. Weirdly, colors stayed vivid and the fabric felt great before disaster. Pretty disappointed.
Feels great, fades quick
They feel amazing at first but don’t hold up long-term. I use them for home office and quick errands — super comfy for few wears, then pilling and seams give out. I was annoyed that my site reviews didn’t post, which made me doubt the brand, but I reach for them sometimes
Surprisingly decent, with a few gripes
I actually liked it more than I expected. I bought it for a weekend trip (my back was acting up so I needed something soft) and at first I was skeptical — sloppy seams, cheap stitching and tags that poke like tiny nails. After carefully snipping the ridiculous tag, the shirt wore nicely, looked good in photos, and stayed comfy. Not flawless, but I’m glad I kept it.
Nice clothes, poor support and odd shipping rules
I like the clothes, but the way they handle shipping and any follow-up is frustrating. I’ve ordered similar brands from other US sellers and had smooth experiences, so I’m not being unreasonable. The problem here is their use of FedEx and the automatic duties it triggers for shipments to Canada. For a lightweight pair of pants that cost around $80, they wanted about $30 US to ship, and that ends up being closer to $38 CAD once duties and fees are applied. I asked about this twice and never heard back — that’s the part that bugs me the most. It feels like no customer service at all, not just slow service. I get that international shipping isn’t free, but other US companies will use USPS or at least respond and explain options; some even absorb small fees to keep customers coming back. I’ve bought hundreds of things from US sites and I’m willing to gamble on a lost parcel if it means not getting hit with junk fees, but this seller doesn’t offer that choice. Still, I’ll be clear: the clothes themselves are lovely — fit and fabric are great — and I’d happily rate the product five stars if this were only about quality. So I’m left skeptical about their policies but satisfied with the items when I do manage to buy them.
Almost skeptical, now pleasantly surprised
I caught myself in their joggers again this morning, making coffee and pretending I wasn’t living in loungewear 24/7. That’s the long and short of why I keep buying from them — the stuff is soft, fits my lazy-who-works-from-home vibe, and honestly, I reach for it when I run out for groceries or sit on the couch for an afternoon of email and TV. I was a little wary at first. Prices felt a touch high on some items, like the pajama sets, and I braced for standard online return drama. But the delivery and returns turned me around faster than I expected. Packages usually show up when they say they will. Tracking updates are clear. One time the item arrived earlier than the window and I actually had to check the door twice. The thing that sold me was how they handled exchanges. I returned a top, and instead of making me wait until they physically had my return, they scanned the inbound package and pushed the exchange out. So I didn’t have to go a week with a half-complete outfit—big win. Refunds were also pretty fast. I expected the slow fade of money back into limbo, but they processed a refund in a couple of days. That made me trust them more and, not gonna lie, encouraged repeat orders. I still sometimes send the more delicate pieces to dry cleaning because I’m paranoid about shrinkage. Little habit. Customer service? I haven’t had a big issue that required phone calls, so can’t rave about live support, but the automated updates and return notes felt human enough. Overall, a tiny bit skeptical at first, then satisfied — especially with how they manage delivery and returns. Makes me more likely to buy again, even if I grumble about the price now and then.
Clothing
The clothes I bought looked really nice at first, but when I took a closer look, I was bummed to see that they weren't made very well. The stitching was messy and the tags were attached all wonky, making it uncomfortable to wear. Honestly, I was pretty disappointed with the quality, especially for how much I spent on them.
Cute clothes
I recently got some really cute clothes from this store and they are totally amazing. However, the customer service is seriously lacking. They work with a shipping company that adds on extra charges unnecessarily. I reached out to them about it, but they didn't even bother responding. Not cool at all. The clothes are fantastic, but that's pretty much the only positive thing about this place. They really need to up their game.
Crop tee purchase
I bought this really cute tee from that store, but man, when it showed up, it was so short! The size was way off too. And then, when I tried to send it back, they were trying to charge me so much money! I had to ask my mom to help me get my money back. Not cool at all, man.
Child-sized clothes
I bought three things from this store and I was so let down. I followed the washing instructions - gentle cycle, cold water, and air dried them. But somehow all three items ended up shrinking to kid size. And to add to that, one of the pants started falling apart at the seam after just one wash. I was hoping for better quality especially for what I spent on them. I definitely won't be returning.
Soft clothing disappointment
The clothes I got from this place felt super soft and comfy at first, almost like heaven. But after wearing them a few times, they kinda lost their quality and didn't hold up too well. I tried leaving reviews on the website to let other folks know about my experience, but they didn't get posted. Made me feel like the brand wasn't keepin' it real with their marketing, ya know?
