I ordered 2 devices a few weeks back, paid for them, and I still haven't gotten anything. I've tried contacting customer service multiple times through email, but I haven't heard back from them at all. This whole situation feels like some kind of scam to me.
Anti-snore device purchase
I was really let down by the anti-snore device I bought. I tried my best to follow the instructions, but it just didn't work like I hoped. My snoring didn't go away and my sleep didn't get any better. It's frustrating to spend money on something that doesn't do what it's supposed to. I wouldn't suggest this to anyone who's trying to stop snoring.
Overpriced mouthpiece
This miracle mouthpiece they're trying to sell is such a waste of money. I shelled out extra for express delivery, but it took forever - more than two weeks! And the added cost was almost as much as the device itself, what a rip-off! I followed the instructions to a T, not once, not twice, but three times, and it still wouldn't stay in my mouth overnight. Supposed to keep my jaws together, sure, but that's never going to happen with this useless thing. That fancy video they showed? Total nonsense. Save your money and stay far away from this scam.
Waste of $70
This product is such a ripoff, I wasted $70 on it. It doesn't even work and it really hurts your mouth. The package straight up tells you not to use it for sleep apnea and that it could mess up your teeth. Do yourself a favor and skip buying this junk.
Facebook ad deception
I got sucked into this Facebook ad that seemed so promising, saying they had this miracle fix for my snoring. But turns out, it was all just a big scam and I ended up losing my money. Trust me, don't fall for it like I did.
Mouth guard purchase
I had a really bad time with their return policies. Even though customer service was helpful and the information booklet was easy to understand, I was really let down by the return policy. I bought a mouth guard from them on another site and it gave me awful tooth pain after wearing it for a few days. That wasn't even listed as a possible issue in their booklet, and I felt like they didn't keep their word of giving me a good night's sleep. Sadly, I had to toss the pricey mouth guard because I couldn't handle the pain.
