    I like the clothes, but the whole ordering experience wore me out, so I’m cautious about buying again. I ordered at the end of March because a few pieces looked perfect for spring, and my first impression when the items that did arrive finally showed up was actually pretty good — the cuts and prints were nicer than I expected, not super cheap-looking. That said, the process around it was rough. My order had pre-order items and what should have been a next-day situation turned into days of being told “it’ll be dispatched tomorrow” — over and over. I cancelled after a week because repeating the same line felt pointless and exhausting. I even tagged the owner in an Instagram story explaining how annoying the delays were; he saw it and didn’t reply. So yeah, product-wise I had moments of genuine “oh, that’s cute,” but the logistics and the customer service let it down. Price felt a bit steep for some pieces that seemed less durable on closer inspection, so mixed feelings there too. I also noticed a lot of other people online with similar stories, which made me feel less alone and more like it’s a pattern. If they’d be more consistent with dispatches and actually respond when customers flag issues, I’d totally come back — I like the style. For now, I’ll stick to retailers that have quicker shipping and clearer updates, but I won’t deny there are some fun pieces here if you don’t mind the wait.

The black was supposed to be my go-to for evenings, so it was frustrating when repeated washes and airing didn’t help and, if anything, I thought the smell got worse. I contacted customer service and at first everything was a mess—someone offered 20% which I accepted, then the refund didn’t show up and I was told later that too much time had passed. That part was annoying, really clunky. The turning point came when a supervisor actually took over: they apologized, arranged a full refund for the faulty pair and sent a replacement. A few back-and-forth emails later, the replacement arrived and smelled normal, and the refund cleared. That’s the moment I knew I was satisfied—when the problem was properly fixed and I could actually wear the jeans without feeling sick. I’m relieved and genuinely grateful it ended well. Would I buy again? Yes, but I’d check the black pair right away and maybe air them out first.

    A coat I liked, refund I waited on

    Royal Mail messed up the tracking initially — that was annoying and messy — but both items were returned and I have proof. I emailed and called, spoke to a rep who, frankly, questioned the proof and was pretty belligerent about it. Not exactly customer-first behavior. She said the company wouldn’t refund because of the postal error, which makes no sense when you can show the parcel was delivered back to them. There were a few moments in the call where I had to correct my own point, rephrase, repeat things — small, but it wears you down.
    First impression of the process: ordering was easy, delivery was okay, item felt fine. First impression of returns/customer service: poor. The policy timing is ridiculous — they were taking four weeks to process refunds — and I had to chase. If you pay by card, look into Section 75 — that’s what I’m considering next. Also someone suggested small claims; it’s a hassle, sure, but it can work.
    I’m not angry in a ranty way, just frustrated and disappointed. The product itself did what it should, felt good, was wearable; service around the transaction let it down. I’d buy similar items elsewhere now, and I’ll avoid installment options with retailers that aren’t solid on returns. A word to others: keep proof of postage, save screenshots, and be prepared to push back if they try to dodge refunds. It shouldn’t be this complicated.

    In the style is really good if you are looking for an online store with a bunch of new fashion styles and latest designs. I don't exactly shop from here but i keep switching to this one time to time. They do have an impressive style collection and offers which make my shopping good
    Also, they have different style and body shapes option too. My sister especially loves this store because of that. Here she get the perfect fitting, and trust me it's not easy to find such great fitting for her at all!
