The colorful patterns are eye-catching. Although the prices are high, with the perpetual BOGO promotion, buying two pairs at a time makes the per pair price acceptable. I bought four-two of the women's sneakers and two of the "slipons" which are like a deck shoe. They arrived FROM CHINA in under four weeks. The sneakers are okay. The deck shoes, supposedly the same size, are tight and much heavier. My email was answered by Michele in one day:

Whether their other merch is always on sale I don't know. But the shoes seem to be, so they are non-returnable. Buyer beware. And I would caution anyone to avoid the slipons. You can buy similar shoes from China at Walmart. Buy the beige or white and decorate them yourself. Save $80 a pair and have them on your feet weeks sooner. Buyer beware!! Worst customer service ever! Items cannot be returned when purchased online. Bait and switch. There is no notification the new arrival items are final sale until you try to return them.No available agent when you call and no one responds to email.
EXACT SAME EXPERIENCE! When I placed my order there was nothing whatsoever to indicate certain items were final sale and non-refundable. I never. ever would have placed an order for something I couldn't return, especially having no prior product knowledge.
