At first, I thought the shoes were too large, but I had new orthotics which felt different than my old ones. I made some adjustments and discovered that the sneakers fit perfectly after all! They are the most comfortable shoes I own, and the design I chose, Bicycle Day, is wonderful--it goes with every pair of pants I wear. Customer Success Manager was very helpful!

First of all im not quite sure why there's negative reviews in there - my experience been the complete opposite!
Quality is great (my friends compliments me everytime) I usually get my shoes in 2-3 weeks.
I do recommend to order 1 size bigger than your actual size, and to use their size chart

The sneakers was okay. They have US14 and fits me perfect. Got my items in 3 weeks due to covid, but that's fine.. not the impatient type. Customer service was friendly and accommodating, they have provided excellent customer support which most sites lacks these days. Overall experience was okay.

Paid for express, got my ordr in 2 weeks. It did not fit, too small atleast an inch with my orthotics in, i asked for a replacement in 1 size up and they said it was free and i dont need to send it back. Win win! Kudos to the team for the great service.

The colorful patterns are eye-catching. Although the prices are high, with the perpetual BOGO promotion, buying two pairs at a time makes the per pair price acceptable. I bought four-two of the women's sneakers and two of the "slipons" which are like a deck shoe. They arrived FROM CHINA in under four weeks. The sneakers are okay. The deck shoes, supposedly the same size, are tight and much heavier. My email was answered by Michele in one day:
"Dear customer.

We apologize for the size issue. Please kindly note that we do not accept returns for items that were purchased during a promotional sale. Only regular priced items can be returned.

Whether their other merch is always on sale I don't know. But the shoes seem to be, so they are non-returnable. Buyer beware. And I would caution anyone to avoid the slipons. You can buy similar shoes from China at Walmart. Buy the beige or white and decorate them yourself. Save $80 a pair and have them on your feet weeks sooner. I will not buy from IAW again.Shoes
This company is a clear fraud and scam. I will report them to my state Attorney General Office. I ordered from them last in June 2021. I placed multiple orders in 2021, using 2 different credit cards. In October 2022, Inner Art World charged over $400 in charges to both my Mastercard and Visa Accounts. The charges were for Mastercard

My order came in 2 and a half weeks.. I'm happy but the fit maybe a little small so I suggest ordering a size larger.. overall experience was okay, customer service is present and responds timely.. Will likely to buy again,

Bought these as a surprise for my wife. She loves them! Perfect fit and the fabric is very soft and stretchy. And the artwork is beautiful. Delivery took roughly aboud 2.5 weeks

2 pair of shoes
Ordered 2 pair of shoes in Feb 2022, nearly two months later and no shoes. Have been emailing the company for about a month and get a response every 2-3 days at best! Shoes were lost in shipping, I gave them notice that I would be requesting a refund from PayPal…no response. Then 3-4 days later get an email asking to verify my address, then nothing for 2-3 days! Then email asking me to close the PayPal case or they wouldn’t reship my shoes! I told them that PayPal wants the case to remain open until my shoes arrive. They informed me they would ship only once the case is closed (if I close the case I can’t reopen it and therefore no longer have any recourse). I emailed them back and said forget the order I’ll get my refund through PayPal and be done.

I placed an order for sneakers and paid for expedited shipping, so that I was likely to receive the order before Christmas. I received a confirmation email that I placed the order telling me that I would receive a tracking number within 7 days. I waited and waited, two weeks passed, but the sneakers did not arrive, so I emailed the company to let them know I needed it by Christmas and received a response that the sneakers had not even entered production yet, after MORE THAN TWO WEEKS AFTER I PLACED THE ORDER. I am angry to see constant advertisements for Inner Art World products. Why are they advertising for more orders when it takes them three weeks or more to even begin production of orders they have already received? In their response to my complaint for information why the order wasn't received they said my order was in production and they would provide a tracking number in a few days. They said that they had fewer people working on orders because of covid-19. Why would their initial email tell people that they would receive a tracking number within 7 days of placing the order? That email implies that production starts within the first week of receiving the order. Don't buy a gift for someone from this company, unless the time frame for arrival of the order is not something you are concerned about.
