Collared sweater
I just bought a collared sweater from this store and the customer service was excellent. The staff was really helpful and made sure I was happy with my purchase. While I thought some of the more casual clothes weren't quite my style, the sweater was perfect. It was well-made and looked great, which made up for any letdown with other items. Now, I'm a regular customer and I've already ordered a shirt.

These earbuds are awesome, but the company's unsubscribe link is a mess and their email is all jumbled. They seem pretty shady if you ask me. I wouldn't deal with them, no way.

Unfulfilled order
I ordered something from this company not too long ago, and man, was I disappointed. It's been over a month and I still haven't gotten what I paid for! I tried reaching out through emails, calls, and online chats, but no luck. All I got was some generic email back every time, and the phone number they gave me was always busy. And when I finally got someone on chat, they would just vanish into thin air before helping me out. Talk about terrible customer service.
