I ordered this really awesome piece of furniture about 6 weeks ago and I'm still waiting for it. Can you believe that? No emails, no updates, nothing. I've even tried reaching out to them on the app, through email, and on social media, but no response. Their customer service is nowhere to be found. I'm seriously considering calling my bank and doing a chargeback. It's just not right to treat customers this way, especially when we're spending a lot of money. I bought three things from this online store not too long ago. But I only got one of them so far. Dealing with their customer service was a real letdown. They took forever to get back to me and weren't very helpful. It'd be nice if this company let people know upfront how long their orders might take to arrive. The tracking numbers they gave me didn't really tell me anything useful, just that my stuff was delayed. After all this, I don't think I'll be shopping here again, and I'd suggest the same to others.

I've been shopping with this company for years and have always found cool stuff to buy. But man, I gotta say, I've had a few letdowns. Like, just recently, I got a broken item in my order. So I called customer service, right? And they took forever to get back to me and didn't really help at all. They basically just told me to contact the shipping company and file a claim. Like, really? I've been a loyal customer and this is how they treat me? It's not cool. I really hope they step up their game and start putting their customers first.
Vendor Experience
I had a really bad experience with this company as a vendor. Even though we sold a bunch of products on their platform, we never received any payment for the stuff we sent out. We tried getting in touch with them about the money we were owed, but they straight up ignored us. It's really disappointing to see a company treat vendors like this, being all shady and ripping people off.
Earbuds
These earbuds are awesome, but the company's unsubscribe link is a mess and their email is all jumbled. They seem pretty shady if you ask me. I wouldn't deal with them, no way.
Carplay purchase
I got a carplay device and was told it would take 3 weeks to arrive, but ended up waiting for 5 weeks with no updates. I emailed customer service and it took them 3 days to reply, then another 3 days to check on my order. After this back-and-forth continued, I eventually asked for a refund. It took a few more days for the refund to come through. My whole experience with this company was really disappointing and aggravating.
