I just bought something from this company and I gotta say, I was pretty impressed with the products and how fast they got here. Everything was fresh and just like I thought it would be. Broken item received
I've been shopping with this company for years and have always found cool stuff to buy. But man, I gotta say, I've had a few letdowns. Like, just recently, I got a broken item in my order. So I called customer service, right? And they took forever to get back to me and didn't really help at all. They basically just told me to contact the shipping company and file a claim. Like, really? I've been a loyal customer and this is how they treat me? It's not cool. I really hope they step up their game and start putting their customers first.

I've actually compared the services of two different Primary Care Providers recently. One of them is a big-name provider that my insurance covers, and the other one is Forward. I was planning to give some good and little different gifts on coming occasion of Christmas.
Their numbers are not big,just few very good friends who had presented me lovely gifts in past season. Some of them couldn't celebrate their birth day in this pandemic days .
But now things are coming to track slowly I hope till Christmas things will be more better and less scary.
