Sheets and mattress pad
Man, let me tell you about this experience I had. I ordered some sheets and a mattress pad from this place, all excited to upgrade my bed situation. But when I got them, they just didn't feel right. So, I went to the website and saw they had a 30-day return policy, sweet deal right? I sent those things back right away, but then I waited and nothing happened. I reached out to the company and they were like, "Hey, where's your tracking number?" I checked and saw they received everything already. What a bummer, man. After some back and forth, they refunded me for the sheets but not the mattress pad, even though they were together. I had to bug them again and finally got my money back. What a hassle, dude.

Boxes with expired items
I ordered two boxes to give this service a shot, and one of them ended up having a coupon that was expired and items that were all dusty inside. When I contacted customer service about it, I had to wait for days before they finally told me it was all good to still use. So then I decided to order three boxes to give as gifts, but when they arrived, they were in really bad shape. One of the boxes even looked like it had been put into a different box altogether. I sent the company some pictures to show them what happened, but never heard anything back from them. Definitely steer clear of this shady seller!
