Man, let me tell you about these Arctic Aire•MAX sheets - they are a game changer if you're like me and always feel hot at night. I'm up here in New England, and even in the winter, I have to crack a window open because I'm always running hot. The Original Performance sheets are alright, but those Arctic Aire•MAX sheets feel so cool and silky, it's just awesome.
Soft and comfortable sheets
I've had my soft, comfy sheets for a while now, and they're still just as awesome as when I first got them! They keep me cool at night and I don't wake up all sweaty anymore. And they fit perfectly on my adjustable bed. They're so great that I'm getting some for my family too!
Sheet purchase
I ordered some sheets online, but I never got them even though the company said they were delivered. I emailed them about it, but they couldn't give me a refund for the missing sheets. They think the package might have been stolen, which really worries me. I'm wondering if my building could do something to help prevent this from happening again, like having delivery people buzz in instead of leaving packages outside. I'm not happy with how the company handled this situation at all.
Sheets and mattress pad
Man, let me tell you about this experience I had. I ordered some sheets and a mattress pad from this place, all excited to upgrade my bed situation. But when I got them, they just didn't feel right. So, I went to the website and saw they had a 30-day return policy, sweet deal right? I sent those things back right away, but then I waited and nothing happened. I reached out to the company and they were like, "Hey, where's your tracking number?" I checked and saw they received everything already. What a bummer, man. After some back and forth, they refunded me for the sheets but not the mattress pad, even though they were together. I had to bug them again and finally got my money back. What a hassle, dude.
Luxury sheet set purchase
The fancy sheet set I bought from this company cost me a pretty penny, but they said they'd include extra pillowcases as part of a deal. Sadly, when my order arrived, the bonus pillowcases were MIA. After waiting for what felt like forever and reaching out to customer service, they finally sent the pillowcases. I decided to give them another shot and placed a second order, but once again, the same thing happened - no extra pillowcases. It's a bummer that a company like this doesn't follow through on their promises, it feels like they're cheating their customers.
Refund authorization number trouble
I tried contacting customer service several times in different ways to get a refund authorization number, just like the website said. But I didn't hear back at all. Nobody picked up when I called, nobody called me back, and my emails were totally ignored. It's really frustrating and disappointing to be kept in the dark like this.
Fake coupons
I was so bummed out by the shady stuff going on at this store. They were promoting these coupons that turned out to be phony baloney - none of them actually did anything. I had my eye on a big buy that was gonna cost me about $900, so I was thinking a little discount would be nice. But nope, none of those coupons did squat. The prices were already sky-high, so not being able to snag even 10 bucks off was really aggravating. I decided to bounce and shop somewhere else because honesty and straight shooting mean a lot to me when I'm shopping. Pottery Barn, get ready 'cause here I come!
