Vegan and all natural box
This box was amazing! It had so many awesome things that I didn't even know I needed until I got it! I mean, it might be a bit expensive, but if you receive it as a gift like I did, it's the best surprise ever! The items inside were really unique, inspiring, beautiful, and just gave off this vibe that made me feel oddly comforted. They're all about promoting positivity by changing your mindset and living healthy. I got things like charcoal detox toothpaste (which sounds kind of crazy but cool), a wellness journal with self-care ideas, birthday cake lip scrub (so yummy!), organic lotion, CBD Chapstick, and more. And let me tell you about the box of wellness tea for the month - it's a game-changer, trust me. It's full of exciting new things that I can't wait to try out!

I've been getting it for over a year now and while not every box has been amazing, there have definitely been some hidden treasures that have helped me discover new brands and self-care rituals. Each box is filled with a mix of skincare, hair products, teas, oils, scrubs, and more, plus a wellness journal or book to really bring it all together. It's like a little self-care gift that shows up on my doorstep every month.
Subscription box
This subscription box service is a total joke. I signed up months ago and still haven't gotten a single box. When I finally contacted customer service to figure out what's up, they said my packages got lost in the mail. But why didn't they tell me that before? And then, when I asked for a refund, they totally blew off my request. It's such a shady scam and a total waste of my time and cash.
TheraBox subscription box
Oh man, I was so pumped to get my first TheraBox subscription box! Ordering it was a breeze, but things went south real quick after that. The box I got didn't have all the stuff they said it would, and there was no mention of substitutions anywhere. When I reached out to customer service, they were no help at all and didn't fix the issue. And to top it off, my next boxes were late and I had to wait forever for tracking info. I was left feeling annoyed and let down by the whole thing.
Relaxing Sleep-themed Subscription Box
The sleep-themed subscription box I bought back in September was all about relaxation and a good night's sleep. But, I gotta say, the aromatherapy sleep balm wasn't as strong as I hoped compared to other similar stuff I've tried. And that silk-like pillowcase? Felt more like a cheap synthetic material, which was a letdown considering how much I paid for the box.
The Sleep Journal was also a bit disappointing. It was basically just a blank book with a bunch of typos and errors - not what I was expecting at all. Makes me wonder about the attention to detail when they pick stuff for the box.
Overall, the idea behind the box was cool, but TheraBox really dropped the ball on the execution. Didn't get the shipping info I was promised, links to leave reviews were missing, and they forgot the bonus item entirely. Not a good look for a subscription service trying to come off as professional.Boxes with expired items
I ordered two boxes to give this service a shot, and one of them ended up having a coupon that was expired and items that were all dusty inside. When I contacted customer service about it, I had to wait for days before they finally told me it was all good to still use. So then I decided to order three boxes to give as gifts, but when they arrived, they were in really bad shape. One of the boxes even looked like it had been put into a different box altogether. I sent the company some pictures to show them what happened, but never heard anything back from them. Definitely steer clear of this shady seller!
