Prior to placing an order from Brownells, I called via phone, used chat, and emailed. All three interactions were commendable. Customer service via phone assisted me in the merchandise I was ordering. Further questions were addressed via chat. Actually, I asked to be notified when a certain item arrived. Brownells kept their word and notified me the product was in. Not any other notified me and I sent out an abundance of notifications to numerous retailers in the same setting. I did place an order for the item and found Brownells to be very courteous, efficient, and trustworthy. All emails sent to me via Brownells were as promised, inclusive of the ship date with order number. Not any can ask for better service.
