Screen capture software
I've been using this screen capture software since 2012, and I gotta say, it's hands down one of the best out there. The support team is lightning fast and top-notch. I mainly use this software to grab videos that you can't download, and it nails it every single time. Keep up the awesome work!
Special offer purchase
I found this awesome deal for NetOptimizer, only $9.95, but when I tried to purchase it, the price shot up with all these add-ons. I ended up spending way more than I planned, even though I said no to the extras. Why can't they be upfront about the actual cost instead of surprising us at checkout? Then I got a bill from a company I've never heard of, which just added to my frustration. The free ebook link they offered didn't even work, and I couldn't find a 5G option in the settings, which is odd. The restrictions in trial mode are so irritating. I just wanted to monitor my computer without interference. I doubt I'll bother using it, I'll likely just uninstall it.
Screen Capture Software
I've been a faithful customer of this screen capture software for years now. I always make sure to update to the newest versions, hoping for some improvements. But, I've been having trouble capturing stuff from streaming sites like Netflix and Disney. Even though I've tried all the settings they suggest and even tried capturing in the background, I just can't seem to get it to work. This lack of function has really been getting in the way of me using the software like I want to.
Applian Suite
Canned responses to our issues does not help. Lack of a reliable Registration process, as noted in Applian canned response, is not an excuse for not allowing us to stay with the version(s) we purchased and forcing us to upgrade due to expiration of the apps in the Suite when we do not want the upgrade/update. We are happy with the "old" features and do not need the latest gadget/method of doing something. Will stop using Applian and go with a better customer service company. Your automated, high tech, low cost, responses don't work for many of us. Good bye.
Replay Music 8 for Windows
The app does download music from iHeartRadio while the song is played, then attempts to tag file info such as Artist, Album, etc. 97% is tagged well with 3% tagged incorrectly, putting in data for other songs. HOWEVER, I use Chrome as my browser and if working with Chrome while downloading music, the files will be tagged with the info of the URL currently surfing. So can only download after hours which is not acceptable.
I attempted to send a ticket to SUPPORT, but the reCAPTCHA fails with their site, while mine is working at other sites. So 100% failure there. I called their number at (888) 808-9877 and whatever department you want to try is NEVER available. 100% failure there. The company is like a techno-ghost where humans are absent.
They say they refund 100% within 30 days, so I will go that route.
