Essential products today
Excellent software support .This type of support software is definitely not a compulsory for every system, no official rules to install such safety system for any commercial or personal computers ,true.But question is they what is need these computer network,why not manual,if not value these supports.I have seen some systems where free software using by users,not vaulting threats in that manners.

I had the worst experience ever! I signed up for the Pro plan, but my site is still hacked, and it's been 24 hours, and they still haven't done the server scan! The customer service takes forever to respond to tickets, and they won't even accept my correct login credentials. Such a total waste of time, ugh!

I had a really bad experience with Securi.net. I forgot to renew my subscription with them, and they ended up putting malicious code on my website. It was a total nightmare trying to get rid of it, and it ended up costing me a bunch of money and time to fix everything. I had to get a few other companies involved just to remove the malicious code that Securi.net had put there. I just want to warn everyone not to make the same mistake I did and avoid working with this company.

This company is up to no good - they target website owners, especially those with online stores, and use sneaky tactics to convince them to pay for services they don't really need. They falsely claim harmless code is harmful, then push customers to fork over big bucks to fix the non-existent problem. It's basically extortion and they need to be called out for their shady dealings. This kind of stuff is not cool and shouldn't be happening in the online security world.

I really wish I hadn't bought their website security product. The service is not great, kind of like this other company I know. The customer service reps in India just don't seem to know much and can't really help me out when I need it. From the beginning, I've been having problems with the firewall. My hosting server keeps getting read timeouts and those pesky HTTP 502 errors, which means my site can't even be reached. The error messages say it could be that the main server is down or that the GoDaddy network is being blocked by the main firewall.

False email scam
This company keeps sending me fake emails pretending to be GoDaddy, saying my website has malware even though it doesn't. I've tried complaining and moving my website, but the emails just won't stop.
Three-year subscription
It was a total waste of time. During the three years we had this service, we never once got to talk to a real person. And every time we needed help, we had to wait forever - usually 1 to 5 days - just to hear back. Plus, when we did finally get a response, it seemed like different people were handling our issue and none of them really knew what was going on. And to top it off, when I finally decided to pull the plug and cancel my subscription, they went ahead and blocked my account without even checking if they had transferred my info like I asked. It was such a headache from start to finish - definitely not a good experience.
