E-commerce website creation
Setting up my e-commerce website on this platform has been super easy. I used to have a hard time with WordPress, but switching over here has made things so much smoother. The interface is really user-friendly and getting my product pages and categories set up was a breeze. It's been such a relief not having to stress about the technical programming stuff. Plus, sorting out taxes and shipping was a piece of cake. I really enjoy the design tools too - they let me get creative and make my site look awesome. Overall, I'm really loving using this platform for my business.
Amazing tools for online business
Weebly can be great for new enterprenuers who are establishing their business online. Or other digital entrepenuers as well. There are many services which I have been using for the past few months like domains, online stores etc. These all are the cost-effcient ways to get things done. Weebly is one of my secrets behind a good website which earns money.
Multilanguage upgrade payment issue
I ran into this annoying problem when I was trying to upgrade to the multilanguage feature on this platform. I tried everything - turning off my VPN, disabling my adblockers, you name it. But for some reason, I just couldn't make the payment go through. I waited for like, 10 minutes, but PayPal just wouldn't load. And when I tried using my UK Barclaycard for the credit card option, it kept getting rejected. I was starting to feel pretty desperate, and I even thought about using Bitcoin as a last-ditch effort. It's so frustrating to come up against all these roadblocks when all I wanted to do was upgrade a simple service.
Website lockout issue
This company's customer service is just terrible. I've been locked out of my website for over 10 days now and can't get any answers or help. Trying to contact their customer service is like looking for a needle in a haystack - impossible. I've sent so many emails and made multiple phone calls, but nothing. It's so frustrating and not okay. I'm definitely not going to recommend this company to anyone.
Account cancellation struggle
I had a really bad time trying to cancel my account with this company. I got charged for an account I already closed and when I tried to cancel it, it was a nightmare. They sent me to a different platform that couldn't find my account info, and even when I tried to dispute the charges with my bank, they said no. It was just super frustrating and made me feel like they weren't listening to me at all.
Website builder subscription
I used to really like this website builder and stuck with it because it was cheap and good quality. But ever since it got new management, it’s been a total mess. They jacked up the prices, going back on what they promised. On top of that, the service has gone downhill fast. I wouldn’t recommend this website builder to anyone anymore – it’s just not worth the money or the headache.
Online services transfer
I'm really frustrated with the lack of support for my issues and questions. I've tried reaching out in so many ways, like through social media, but I haven't gotten any response at all. It's disappointing to see that their technology is falling behind compared to competitors like WIX. I've been using this service for ten years, and I'm actually thinking about moving my online services somewhere else.
Website tools
I recently had a really awful experience with this website builder. So, I paid for some tools and they didn't work properly. I complained about it but instead of trying to help me out, they just went ahead and shut down my website without any warning. This meant that all the work I put into it, plus all the copyrighted stuff on there, got totally messed up. It's just so annoying and makes me really mad to see a company that just doesn't care about its customers or the work they put into things.
Website builder purchase
I've had this website builder for a while now and honestly, I'm not a big fan. I don't need anything fancy because I'm not a tech genius like some people. It's always been a hassle to use and now they've gone and raised the prices by so much this year! Come on, can't they see that we're just regular folks trying to make a basic website?
Website platform challenges
My experience with the website platform was so frustrating. There were all these hidden costs and restrictions that made it hard for me to run my business smoothly. One big problem I ran into was having to pay a monthly fee just to set up different shipping options for certain items. This unexpected expense really threw off my budget and made it tricky to charge accurate shipping costs on my site. In the end, I felt like the platform wasn't reliable or trustworthy at all.
Website renewal payment issue
Just like y'all, I had a really bad time with the customer service on this website. It was super hard to reach them through email. And on top of that, I got a payment renewal taken from my PayPal account without my permission, and I haven't gotten any answers or fixes from them or Squareup International. What's really getting to me is that even though they took my payment, I can't even get into my website and they told me to start all over with a new one. My suggestion? Steer clear of this website at all costs.
9 year PRO Site Owner
I've been using this service for almost 9 years now and I used to think it was pretty good. But now, I can't even change my payment method! I've tried following all their instructions but nothing works and there's no one to help me out. It's just not acceptable, especially for someone who uses this for my business. I think I might have to look for another service to use.
Website builder purchase
OMG, this website builder is amazing! Seriously, nothing else even comes close. But oh my gosh, the support is just terrible. They were bought out by another company in 2018, and ever since then, their support has been the absolute worst.
