I just used Bark to find a real estate agency and a repair service for my property and my experience was a little all over the place. The real estate agency, ELC Sales and Lettings, was amazing. The agent was super professional, knew their stuff, and helped me find the perfect property quickly. But the repair service from Intelligent Repairs was a different story - the technician was late, not very professional, and did a pretty mediocre job on the repairs. It's weird how you can get such different levels of service from the same platform.
Lead generation service experience
The company is usually good about giving me leads, but there have been a couple of times where I took a lead and then found out someone else had already gotten a head start. It was frustrating and I missed out on some business opportunities. But overall, I still have faith in the company and want to keep working with them for a while.
Oven cleaning service
The service was amazing, the team was super friendly and dedicated. They finished the job just like they said they would, and even put in extra effort to work on a holiday. The price was really fair, especially for the great work they did. I was so amazed by how quickly they worked and how careful they were with everything. All in all, I was really happy with the service they gave me.
Lead generation overload
Bark has really come through for my business by giving me tons of leads. Ever since I signed up with them, I've gotten so many potential clients contacting me. But I gotta admit, not all of the leads are top-notch. Sometimes it feels like the credits needed to go after a job don't match up with what the project is actually worth. It's frustrating to use up credits on jobs that might not pay off like I hoped.

The only problem is that Bark doesn't give refunds for bad leads they provide. It's frustrating because customers like me who pay for a service want good quality. I've learned to be more careful about who I respond to on the platform because I don't feel like Bark really has my back.

I used that DJ leads service from Bark.com, but it was a total waste of money. I ended up spending a bunch on leads that never responded to my messages or calls. They wouldn't give me a refund either, even though I bought a lot of credit packs. I only got a few good jobs from it.

As a customer using Bark, I've found the service super helpful for getting good leads in the home improvement field. However, I think it would be better if the platform had stricter rules for contractors, like making sure they're licensed and insured. Also, limiting the number of leads per client to three instead of five or more would improve the quality of leads and give contractors a better shot at getting jobs. Other companies like Home Depot, Lowe's, and Rona already do this, and I think Bark would benefit from it too.

Hey there! The leads I've been getting have been pretty good. I just signed up recently and already got a sweet job, so I'm stoked about that. The only bummer is that my response time is showing as 15 hours, when in truth I've been hitting up clients right away. I always shoot them an email as soon as I get the lead or if they've asked for my services. But sometimes the leads aren't quite right for me because I'm really into remote work at the moment.
