I hesitated before ordering — I’d had delivery mix-ups with other shops, but the photos and price pushed me to try. The package was delivered to the wrong address and customer service basically put me on hold; they keep saying wait for the DHL investigation. I kept telling them my contract is with the retailer, not the courier, and that legally they’re responsible. Still they ask me to wait, so my doubts weren’t cleared. Annoying and kind of disappointing, honestly — no real solution so far.

ordering seemed fine, then I got an email saying the item wasn't in stock and would be produced, undefined wait. I replied, no answer for days. Eventually it arrived and honestly the product feels solid — a bit weighty, nice matte finish, easy to use and it fits into my daily routine without fuss. Still annoyed by the communication, but pleasantly surprised by how well it works in practice.
Almost-perfect travel shades
comfy on the nose, lenses are clear, and they don't wobble when I walk. Felt good to put them on at the beach. Would buy again, despite the slow start.
