A coworker mentioned Bassol Optic when I was looking for Maui Jims, and I’m glad she did. The glasses feel great right out of the box, no weird pressure or cheap feel. I ordered on Wednesday from Denmark and UPS had them at my door Friday afternoon. Honestly, the careful packaging was a nice surprise too. I’d use them again.
Stuck with oversized frames
The package showed up in around two weeks, so that part was honestly fine. I started wearing the glasses that evening and quickly realized the frames were way too wide for my face. Since then, getting help has been the frustrating part. I emailed a few times and tried the website chat over three days, but nothing came back. Kind of disappointing when I just want an exchange.
Worth the wait
I knew I’d made the right call when the Lunor frames showed up and looked even better than I expected. I wear glasses basically all day, so getting the real thing at that price felt pretty great. There was a short wait because they were out of stock, but customer service kept things easy and friendly. Package was packed carefully, tracking worked fine, and it arrived from Spain with no drama.
Out of stock, still no refund

I asked for a refund right away, but after at least five follow-up emails, nothing—no reply and no money back. The site still showed the item as available, which made it worse. I’m out $342 and wouldn’t order here again.
