Double-charged, had to reprint — not worth it

don’t use them if you want a clean, one-time QR solution — I paid twice and ended up reprinting. I first found the site through a Google search after a colleague mentioned it as an easy QR-maker, and that’s how I landed there. Long story short: I created two accounts (used two different emails by accident), generated two QR codes, and then discovered both required separate subscriptions to keep active. The codes themselves worked fine — that was the weird part — they scanned perfectly, which I hadn’t expected. But the management side was a mess. I printed 1,000 business cards and 1,000 brochures before realizing one of the accounts had expired and the other was tied to a different billing record. Chat support is an AI-only thing and it flat-out told me they can’t merge or transfer codes between accounts, so I was stuck with two subscriptions unless I cancelled and reprinted everything. Even more annoying: there’s almost no real contact info on the site. The “help” bot keeps pointing back to itself and the receipts list different company names/locations, which made me worry about how to escalate a complaint. I tried to look up the registrar details and it was a confusing mix of UK and EU entries, so it took ages to figure out where to even lodge a formal complaint. If you only need a short-term or single-code solution, this can bleed money quickly. On the plus side, the generated QR files and analytics looked decent — again, surprising — but that doesn’t fix the billing and communication problems. I ended up cancelling, reprinting, and moving to a competitor that clearly lists contact details and lets you manage multiple codes under one account. If you’re careful with account emails and don’t mind a clunky AI-only support setup, maybe it’s okay, but for me it wasn’t worth the hassle or the extra cost.
