London apartment stay
The apartment I stayed in while I was in London was just amazing. The space was so nicely decorated and roomy, and the location was perfect for getting around the city. What really made it special for me was how well the team communicated and took care of me. They were always so quick to answer any questions and really went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. Unfortunately, I had to leave early because of a family emergency, but the team was so understanding and helpful in making the transition as easy as possible. I can't thank them enough for all their kindness and support during such a tough time.
Amazing furnished apartment
The apartment looked just like it did in the photos, but honestly, even better! It was incredibly modern and beautiful. When I first arrived, I was pleasantly surprised to find a welcome package waiting for me with tea, coffee, snacks, and other goodies. The location couldn't have been better, being super close to two metro stations. The Blueground team was awesome, so nice and professional - they really deserve a big round of applause. I ended up staying there for almost 2 months and had the absolute best time. I'm definitely going to be telling all my friends about it!
Easy, convenient rental experience
The communication was great from the beginning to the end. The app gave us all the info we needed about the property, so we didn't have to make a bunch of extra phone calls or get confused. Any small problems that came up were taken care of right away, making the rental process super easy. The property looked just like it did in the pictures and was in a great spot close to transportation options.

Wow, you guys, I had the most amazing time at this place! Everything was so easy and effortless. The staff there were really nice and made me feel so good. I'll definitely be returning to this company because it's awesome and trustworthy.
Comfortable apartment in Lisbon
The apartment was so cozy, we didn't want to leave! We had a blast walking around Lisbon, checking out cool bars, yummy restaurants, and all the must-see spots.
Great location, maintenance issues, late deposit return
The apartment's location was amazing, but man, oh man, the place itself had so many maintenance problems that really threw off my stay. I had the cleaning service scheduled twice, but they didn't even bother to show up. And don't even get me started on the showers and dishwasher that needed fixing, plus those nasty stains on the furniture and doors. Oh, and let's not forget about the lack of instructions for trash and recycling. To top it all off, my deposit wasn't returned when it was supposed to be, which was super frustrating.
Seamless move-in process, excellent communication, clean space
I had such a great experience when I moved into this place. The team kept me in the loop every step of the way, and the space itself is just gorgeous - not to mention super clean. I'm really glad I chose to move here. It was a great decision.
Rental experience
Overall, the rental experience was great! The location couldn't have been better, the apartment was super clean and modern, and the building was in great shape.

7-week Dubai Marina apartment stay
My recent experience booking a 7-week stay in a Dubai Marina apartment was disappointing. Blueground advertised upscale living standards, but the reality didn't measure up. The apartment was old and the attempt at refreshing it with standard Blueground items felt rushed. Some decorative pieces seemed fancy, like an expensive Marshall speaker, but other essentials like the TV were outdated. The overall decor was questionable, but the biggest problem was the persistent smell in the apartment, probably due to the unit's age and hasty renovation.
Rental experience
My time dealing with that rental company was a total nightmare. Right off the bat, the customer service was atrocious. Every time I tried to bring up any issues, they straight up ignored me and didn't even try to find a solution. It was beyond frustrating. And to top it all off, when it came time to check out, they hit me with outrageous charges for cleaning and other random stuff. When I asked for some sort of explanation, they vanished and just took the money out of my deposit with no word. It was a total disaster from start to finish.
Two Blueground flats in Athens
My time with Blueground was a mix of good and bad. I got to stay in two different apartments in Athens, and let me tell you, they were not the same. The first one was a major letdown - the room was supposed to have a window, carpet, and a bed, but it had none of those things. When I brought it up, they wanted to charge me a crazy amount for a bed that wouldn't even fit in the tiny room. Plus, the neighbors were super noisy. But the second apartment was way better. It was nicer, had better stuff, and was just an overall better experience. However, it was still pretty expensive and the payment plans were not great. And even though I paid a lot for cleaning, it wasn't as good as I'd hoped.
My apartment rental experience
My experience renting the apartment was okay, but there were some things that bothered me. The management team was pretty good at responding to me, but there were some maintenance problems they didn't fix before I moved in. The bathroom sink was always clogged, and I could never take a long shower because the hot water ran out fast. Plus, the neighbors above me were loud, especially their kids.
