Express shipping sign order
I'm really upset with the express shipping service I paid for a sign I needed for an event. They never made or shipped the sign, even though I paid extra for it to be fast. It was a huge inconvenience and the lack of communication was not cool. Companies should live up to their promises, especially when you pay extra for fast service. This whole situation has left me feeling frustrated and disappointed with the service I received.
Quality signs disappointment
I recently bought some signs from this company, hoping they'd be as good as the steel stakes my old company used. But when I got them, they were made of aluminum, not steel like they said. I was pretty bummed because aluminum stakes just don't cut it for outdoor signs - they need to be more durable. And on top of that, I've been having a hard time getting a refund for the wrong order. They want me to pay to ship the products back and even take 20% off the whole order, which is so frustrating. I've tried reaching out to them multiple times to fix this mistake, but their customer service isn't really stepping up to help me out.
Banner order not fulfilled
I just ordered a banner from this company and man, let me tell you, I was so bummed with what went down. They printed the shipping label, but totally forgot to actually print the banner. They hit me up a week later asking if I still wanted it, and I was like nah, cancel that. Then they tried to hit me with a 20% waste charge for stuff that was never even made. What a scam! I'm not falling for their tricks again. Head to a local shop for better quality and prices.
False Advertisement
The artwork team's response was terrible - it took them days to get back to me, and when they did, it was just empty promises of rushing my order. The delivery times they have on their site are totally off, just a tactic to draw you in. I won't be working with them again and wouldn't suggest them to anyone else. There are plenty of other companies that offer similar services and are much more efficient.
