Banner order not fulfilled
I just ordered a banner from this company and man, let me tell you, I was so bummed with what went down. They printed the shipping label, but totally forgot to actually print the banner. They hit me up a week later asking if I still wanted it, and I was like nah, cancel that. Then they tried to hit me with a 20% waste charge for stuff that was never even made. What a scam! I'm not falling for their tricks again. Head to a local shop for better quality and prices.
