I have bought WinX DVD Ripper from Digiarty at a reasonable price. This is a really awesome DVD ripping and DVD backup tool. I've successfully digitize all the DVDs that I tried. The only drawback that I can see is that it hasn't added live chat support into their customer service. However, this is not a big deal. Email support is available.
I bought Winx DVD Ripper Platinum and WinX DVD Copy PRO
I have contacted your company 3 times trying to get the activation code. They did send it and I installed the number result was it told me to install correct code. I contacted the service department again and they asked for pictures which I have sent. No response from the pictures. All i want is a solution to getting the activation code to work or my money back.
Buyer Beware NO MONEY Back
Their site has a lot of hype - I think they pay for reviews with the people they rip off by not providing good solid software. The software is not intuitive and does not connect with Apple products? I purchased MacX DVD Ripper and added the other software they throw at you for a discount. All of it acted the same and would not easily connect to any Apple product for getting pictures and the like.
Shirley will respond to you email request for a refund and tell you to pound sand. It is funny as they stay you have no particular reason for the refund and juts because you don't like that is not a valid reason. You should have tried a limited version FOR FREE for 30 days.
I figure all people who have had a similar experience need to warn others. So WARNING - WARNING - Don't buy to try - No Refund will be given just for any reason.
WINX DVD Ripper
I purchased this software under the impression that they would honor their money back guarantee. When the software wouldn’t work on my machine i reached out for a refund and told them it didn’t work and that i was completely dissatisfied. They told me that it was an unreasonable reason and then proceeded to ignore and future emails. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! DO NOT BUY ANY PRODUCTS FROM THEM!
The software randomly drops the Lifetime Full Licence and the software defaults to the Trial Mode. The Lifetime Full Licence can only be registered limited times then customer support offers to sell an upgraded package. In other words, the Lifetime Full Licence is a scam to sell upgrades that will continue to randomly drop the licence code thus repeating the cycle.
Its correct its a scam and dont fall in this trap i will open the issue in all social media , i warned them cause i have life time vidoeproc license for one pc and installed many windows cause of hardware issues i have , first they dont have easier way to revoke or reactivate the code you have to contact them and after few more times they will send you telling your activation code is disabled cause you registered the product many times , so they sell you life time offer scam then they draw it back another way to resell another upgrade or something that i will never purchase from them and i will let all ppl know about that
Do not purchase any product by Digiarty Software, Inc. I made an online purchase of WinX DVD in error (download only -- needed actual program discs). Explained my mistake and requested a refund literally within 15 minutes of purchase. Product was never downloaded or used in any way -- simply purchased by mistake -- but Digiarty Software representatives flatly and argumentatively refused the refund. They took my money and demonstrate absolutely no basic business ethics. Avoid.
I purchased and registered a lifetime license for VideoProc, but the software now shows up as the trial version when I open it. When I tried to contact Digiarty customer support, all of the options given to contact anyone at the company did nothing when I clicked on them.
I am updating my review. I was able to contact Digiarty through my own email account rather than their website. A representative responded the next day with information that solved my problem. As of now, I am happy with the company's customer service. I have also had good experience with one of their software programs in the past.
I bought "LIFETIME" license. My Windows profile crashed, so on my new profile the app will not take my license. Contacted Digiarty and they say I exceeded my installs and want me to purchase ANOTHER lifetime license. If this don't get resolved I am reporting this to the Federal Trade Commission and file a complaint to Better Business Bureau.
The company refuses its own term such as "Lifetime Upgrade". If you buy a new computer, they won't allow you to reuse their software. But they will reply with the suggestion to buy another license.
There is no option to deactivate a previous installation on an old computer like other companies, such as Adobe, Red Giant allow to do.
Unprofessional and i breach of legality... Be aware.
I am an older person in my 60s, and I am admittedly not very savvy regarding online purchases.
Yesterday, I purchased the $59.99 WinX DVD Ripper Platinum from your website, thinking I could then have the product shipped to a friend of mine who does not have Internet access. When my payment cleared electronically, I received a notification that the program was now ready to be downloaded, which would not help me since I needed the actual discs sent to another person. I immediately sent a request to [email protected] explaining that I purchased the product by mistake, thinking I could have the actual WinX DVD Ripper tool discs shipped to my friend. I explained that I would not be downloading the program or using it, and I requested a refund (this within 15 minutes of the completed transaction). I first received an email saying I would have to buy the backup discs to get a refund. Then I got an email correcting the previous email and telling me my refund request was "not valid," and that I would not have my money refunded. I again explained that I made an error in purchasing the download-only product and that I wanted to have my $59.99 refunded, please. Again, "Shirley" responded that would not happen.
I feel as though I have been scammed and robbed of $59.99, partly through my own ignorance and mistake, but definitely also due to Digiarty Software's complete disinterest in helping correct a bad situation. In fact, your company has made the situation even worse by simply refusing to refund my money. If I were to purchase something from a physical vendor/retailer, only to find out the product wasn't what I anticipated and I cannot use the product, most retailers would simply refund the purchase price, for no other reason than to provide excellent support and customer service. Not so with Digiarty Software, which basically now tells me "Too bad for you, we have your money now."
I am on a minimal, fixed income, and I was trying to purchase your product as a gift to be shipped directly to my friend, much like one can do through Amazon and other online vendors. I am apparently now out $59.99 and need to learn my lesson. But I will certainly look around the Internet at various sites where I can leave a full and negative review not only of your company but also of WinX DVD Ripper, since you apparently provide little-to-no customer support, much less an easy, pain-free way for customers to get a refund if they buy your products by mistake.
