Done Good offer free shipping to US, whereas for shipment to Canada, fees are based on the cost to ship the item, dependent on the weight of the shipment and the location it’s being shipped to. Done Good does not cover any additional duties or fees. Unfortunately, they do not ship their items to other places. Since Done Good is a marketplace and different brands can sell their items, therefore there is a separte return & exchange policy of every brand. Please make sure that some items are Final Sale and can not be returned. Some brnads do not offer their shipment to Canada as well.
