Bought it with a lot of doubt. I thought setup would be a nightmare. I started using it the day after purchase and first impression was calm. Olivia Morris popped into chat. Super patient. She walked me through settings, suggested a weird workaround that actually worked. A couple features still buggy, but guidance made it usable. Felt surprised and relieved.
Midnight site rescue
I was mid-site-move - totally stressed, laptop on my knees - when HostKicker saved me. The dashboard is surprisingly slick and fast, feels sturdy under load, backups actually happen, and uploads don't stall. Scott helped troubleshoot late-night, quick and calm (thank you, Scott), and the price isn't bad either. Not flawless - had a tiny DNS hiccup - but overall I'd use them again, no drama.
