the cancel process is broken and that's a dealbreaker for me. But when I tried to cancel a subscription recently the cancel button simply did nothing — clicked, nothing. Had to jump through hoops, tried different browsers, cleared cache, everything. Feels intentional, like dark UX that keeps billing going. I want to trust them, and I used to, but this rubbed me the wrong way. Please fix it.

When the rules changed
they’re locking published landing pages behind an upgraded plan, saying older pages are being 'sunsetted' and you can only publish five unless you pay up. It feels like being strong-armed into upgrading. I’ll migrate soon, but I’m oddly relieved export tools worked and support answered curtly yet usefully and quickly. Not happy, but at least the data isn’t lost now.
