I was lugging boxes because my lower back's been acting up and hired them. Mid-unpack I noticed two identical charges on my card. Customer support was stone‑cold at first and refused, but after I pushed and escalated they corrected the billing. Delivery was on time, polite driver.
Almost gave up but it worked
installs then connection drops after about 20 minutes, I reinstalled, same thing. After tweaking settings and contacting support it settled. Interface is simple, a bit clunky, but gives the info I need.
