One of the most simple and easy services
Outdoorsy is the most convenient service where i can get what i am looking for without any hassle or problem
also they have really good team and customer support which works to help and solve things so the customer can enjoy their trip without getting tangled up with the other things
I used the service once by now but i am very surprised , they have so good coordination and they take care of everything

Outdoorsy is great with communicating and they have some awesome choices for RV rentals. Having travel insurance for rentals beyond what the owner provides would be really useful. It could come in handy if you have any issues while you're on the road and could end up saving you a bunch of money! It might be cool if Outdoorsy could consider offering that in the future, like a membership for unexpected repairs. Just throwing that idea out there!
Easy way to rent RVs
Renting an RV through this site was so easy. The app and website are simple to use, which makes the whole process quick and smooth. I really like the idea of earning cash from my RV when I'm not using it. The support team is fantastic, always quick to respond and really helpful. They take care of all the little things that come up, like when a renter needs more time. Renting through this site is definitely better than doing it on my own.
Outdoorsy app and website
I really like using the Outdoorsy app and website because it makes it so easy to find awesome things to rent for outdoor adventures! I can even shoot the breeze with the folks who are renting out their gear, but sometimes the app decides to freeze up on me when I'm trying to meet them. It's a bit frustrating, but all I have to do is close the app and then open it back up to get it working again.
Rental App Review
Outdoorsy is really awesome! It's so simple to talk to people interested in renting things from you, and renting stuff out is a breeze. The app is user-friendly, but there are some features that are only available on the website, not on the app. They should definitely let people know about that, you know? But all in all, I really enjoy using this app!
RV adventure rental
Outdoorsy is so great! They really help you out with everything you need to rent an RV and make sure both the renters and owners are happy. They have all these awesome tools to keep everyone safe and make sure everything goes smoothly. I absolutely love using Outdoorsy for my RV trips, it's the best!
First Year Experience
My first year with Outdoorsy has been awesome! Renting through their platform was super easy and simple. I loved how I could do everything for my rentals right on the app, it made everything really smooth. And whenever I had any problems or questions, their customer service team was always there to help, just a phone call away. I totally recommend Outdoorsy to anyone wanting to rent an RV.
Easy rental process
This rental process was a breeze and we had a blast! The renters were really nice and took great care of our stuff. They made sure to fill out all the paperwork and kept us posted on everything. Outdoorsy was also super helpful. Thanks, Outdoorsy! The renters had a great time and are already thinking about renting from us again!
Fun renting RVs!
Renting RVs on this website is really awesome. I rented a Mallard 2022 and Greywolf 2024 in Kissimmee/Orlando and it was a blast. The process was simple and I met some really friendly customers who kept returning. Thanks to Outdoorsy for making RV rentals so great!
Renting van, peace of mind
Renting a van from this place is great! I'm feeling really chill knowing that my friends and I are totally covered if anything happens. The app and rental platform could use a bit of improvement, but I hear they're working on it to make it better.
Renting an RV
I rented an RV and it was awesome, but man, that app was so confusing. I wish it was all more straightforward and organized so I could just focus on enjoying my trip. At least they have a ton of helpful resources for RV owners to earn some extra cash.
RV rental experience with safety deposits
Outdoorsy really helped me out when I rented my RV. They have this cool call back feature for questions which was super handy. The security deposits made it easy to get money back for little damages. But I had some issues when dealing with the Canadian market. The reps didn't know much about insurance and couldn't handle claims themselves, so it took forever to process my claim.
Let me tell you about the HORRIBLE experience I just had with Ourdoorsy. I rented an RV from a local owner, George Llard, order number 2082940, telephone (text only) number 720-513-4266, through Outdoorssy (real company?)
The owner told me I could pick up the RV but Outdoorsy gave me no option to click this preference so I messaged Outdoorsy. They DO NOT get back with you before 4-5 days and they DO NOT read the questions you send them. This was my experience. So I messaged them repeatedly.
Then I messaged George, He told me to call them with the order number so I did. No one answered. I have called Outdoorsy over 15 times and no one ever answers the phone. When they did message me (after another 4-5 days), they had not read my message and they wanted my contact information.
I gave it to them but the issue was never resolved. They took off the delivery fee but I asked them when I would know the address I was to pick up the vehicle from. They could not even give me a timeframe in which they would fill in this vital, yet missing information. Now, some would say "just wait, they'll get around to it before it is time to pick it up."
Here is my dilemna - they only gave me a certain amount of time to cancel and receive back my reservation money, the time for which would have expired if I had done it that way. Now, if a company is legitimate, would they not want to make their customer feel comfortable with a transaction? And, if they were not legitimate, might they treat their customer in this manner? You bet!
So, the owner cancelled my booking because I asked for the address to pick up. There is something rotten in all of this. I definifely would not recommend Outdoorsy, nor anyone who offers their RV through Outdoorsy.
