The search results I got were way off. They showed old and useless info that wasn't what I was looking for. I was trying to find current details on a family member, but all I got was outdated stuff. So now I want my money back for this service.
Used free trial
People Finder has a ton of records, and Sebastian was really nice when I decided to cancel because I didn't need it anymore.
Account assistance
I gotta say, I got some help with my account not too long ago and the person I talked to was super helpful. They were on the ball, quick to respond, knew their stuff, and got things sorted out for me in no time. They made sure everything was set up right. I really gotta hand it to them, the customer service from this company is top-notch.
Finding lost phone app
I really love this app because it came in clutch when I was trying to track down my sister's nephew and help my buddy find his lost phone. Being a former business person in Sacramento, I can't recommend this app enough. It's a solid 5 out of 5 for me all around. The price is totally fair and reasonable. I'm definitely telling all my friends in the business world about it!
Account closure assistance
Sebastian really helped me out a lot with closing my account. He was super nice, friendly, and knew exactly what he was doing the whole time. He not only gave me really great customer service but also made sure I had my ticket number for later on. Overall, thanks to Sebastian being so good at his job, it was a really nice experience.
Excellent customer service from Sebastian
I just talked to this guy Sebastian from customer service and let me tell you, he was awesome! He was super patient and really listened to all my questions, giving me all the info I needed. I felt totally comfortable and sure about working with this company again in the future. Big thanks to you, Sebastian!
Customer service experience
I had a really great experience with their customer service team when I called about a little issue with my account. I was happy to chat with David pretty quickly after being on hold for a bit. It was nice that People Finder has a special phone line just for customer service - it made fixing my problem fast and simple.
Report purchase for occasional use
I was really worried about how difficult it would be to cancel my membership if I only needed the service occasionally. But when I actually canceled, it was no problem at all! Now I feel good about using the service and paying for reports when I need them.
Reverse phone number lookup
I was really interested in the low fee for finding a number, so I decided to go for it and pay. But then, out of nowhere, I got hit with an unexpected charge. Luckily, I realized my error quickly and was able to get a refund right away. Big thanks to the customer service team for their fast response!
Excellent products
In first glance I found it very useful.Many other software's and apps available in market with limited search options..Many of them search already filled name either right or wrong by receivers as apps gives option to update like True callers ,find callers apps etc.
People finder have huge data source about US only..Who is calling easily can be tracked .
But I had some questions which is still unanswered from company.
So many restrictions ,if someone paying for one application or software to find people ,data can not be used if I or anyone required.Data is authentic and as per government rules ,all key information you are giving to your customer why can't be used for even good cause?
