I ordered these thinking they'd be sketchy — because, you know, the reviews — but when I wore them for the first time last weekend I noticed they felt solid, no weird smell, seams held up under a long walk. Still cautious, but I'm satisfied.
Almost walked away
I hesitated before ordering. The 15% subscription code sounded too good, and I worried about the return rules. I ordered a pair, but the size was off. The site said returns are free over €80; mine was just under. I also hadn't made an account — my bad — and support initially told me I'd cover return shipping. I complained. After a few emails they refunded the shipping and applied the discount on a future order. Not perfect, and it took time, but the reps ended up resolving it. I've had worse experiences elsewhere, so this felt acceptable.
Box ruined, support shrugged
I first spotted these sneakers on Instagram and told a friend to check them out — they looked nice, so I ordered a pair as a birthday gift. Shoes arrived on time and the outer shipping box was fine, but the actual branded box was crushed, clearly before shipping. Customer support's answer was basically "return and reorder," which I couldn't do with the birthday coming up. They wouldn't send a replacement box or offer a quick fix. Kinda disappointed — product looked good, delivery okay, but the service missed an easy chance to make it right.
