We almost bailed at one point — had booked seats for my whole clan, 14 of us, for the last Red Sox–Yankees game. Ten tickets showed up fine, then the last four took forever because the seller delayed. Super stressful, but in the end they did arrive and slipping those extra tickets into my phone felt like a huge relief. Seats were great, everyone enjoyed it, so I'm glad it worked out.
Almost Canceled Our Night Out
Halfway through loading the car for what I thought would be a great father-daughter night, I remembered the sketchy chatter about the company being in receivership — so yeah, I hesitated before buying. Turned out the tickets got us into the Raider game in Nashville, so that part actually worked (phew). But promises they made to my daughter and me never showed up, customer service was basically nonexistent, and the site stayed live like nothing was wrong. Mixed bag.
Paid premium, got basic
Halfway into the night I noticed the seats weren’t the premium ones I paid for — they were the plain, everyday kind. I needed premium because my lower back flares up at long shows, so that mattered. I called right away and it took three days to reach anyone, then they said there was nothing they could do and maybe the boss could call back in a week. The slow response is the worst part, really — felt dismissed and a bit stuck with no fix.
Tailgate bundle letdown
Halfway through the tailgate I tore open the Fan Bundle like it was Christmas — I was excited, needed a treat after moving apartments and nursing a sore back, so this felt practical. The merch? A travel mug (lid cracked), a can cooler whose fabric sleeve ripped, and a cooling towel that’s fine. The bundle never said what would be inside, so I was hoping for a hat or tee, even a keychain. Delivery arrived okay but the packaging was squashed. Customer service? Still trying to get those concession gift cards...
Midshow relief
By the third song I figured I should note how this went — I was nervous before buying, worried about phantom fees and fake seats, but those worries mostly vanished. Confirmation came immediately, the e-tickets showed up when they said they would, and the seats turned out to be what the listing promised. Price was lower than a few other places I checked; I've had one bad experience before where fees kept cropping up, so that was a nice change. Customer service answered a quick question without drama. Not perfect, but reliable enough that I'm glad it worked out and I'd use them again.
Surprised by a great concert deal
Weirdly, a coworker dropped me a link to ScoreBig while I was scrolling during lunch, and I figured why not. The checkout was quick (they sent confirmation right away), and I ended up with two solid seats for the Chris Tomlin show without paying the inflated fees other places wanted. The e-tickets arrived exactly when they said they would, and at the venue everything scanned fine — no drama. Sitting there, singing along with Jamie Macdonald opening and feeling that crowd in Myrtle Beach felt... calm and kind of joyful, actually. Glad I took the tip — was a great night and good value, surprised how smooth it went.
Burned by delivery, careful who you trust
I saw them on a friend's Facebook post and decided to try them for the Panthers vs. Redskins — bought tickets in mid‑May. End of October I got an email that my contact info was passed to the supplier and the tickets might be invalid. The supplier told me ScoreBig hadn’t paid, so the tickets were void. Spent days on calls and now disputing the charge with my credit card so I can buy direct. Used them last year fine, but this delivery and customer service mess left me frustrated. Told a buddy not to use them.
Half a win, mostly meh
merch plus concession credit. I worried it’d be cheap junk, and, well, my worries were partly right. Got a travel mug with a cracked lid, a can cooler that started tearing at the seam, and a cooling towel that actually surprised me — it works better than I expected, so fair play. I still don’t know how to claim the concession gift cards, which is annoying. If you buy it, lower expectations on merch quality but keep a tiny hope for that towel.
Philly ticket nightmare
I almost didn't buy these because I had a weird feeling about third‑party ticket sites — I'd been burned before. Needed tickets for a Philly game with a buddy who flew in, so I took the risk. At the gate my ticket was rejected at Lincoln Financial Field and I just stood there, awkward and annoyed. ScoreBig's support was useless; they put me on hold and then nothing; no real help. Because the purchase was over 60 days old the bank wouldn't step in either. Still pretty bummed — felt like I wasted money and a night. Trying to decide if I should push this further.
Delivery confusion, slow support
I first saw the tickets on my sister’s post and even tipped a friend to buy with me, thought it was straightforward. Then the event got canceled and I never received the tickets. An email said I had 12 hours to request a cash refund instead of a voucher — tiny, tiny fine print that I missed because I had to check with my friends first. After that I got one message saying refund, another saying voucher, and the refund that showed up had service fees deducted even though their site says no fees if tickets aren’t delivered for a canceled event. Trying to reach customer service has been a headache — long waits, slow replies, confusing answers. A friend used them fine before, so maybe it’s hit or miss, but my experience was messy and frustrating.
Unexpectedly pleased
easy ordering, solid delivery updates, and helpful follow-up when I needed it. Little things, like an email that actually made sense, made the difference. I told my buddy about it and he ended up using them too. So yeah, pleasantly surprised and would use them again.
Ticket hunt turned circus
I ordered a couple tickets a few weeks before the game and thought, okay, this will be easy. First impression was weird right away — vague promises of “we’ll email you back,” which is about as helpful as a cardboard sign. I called and ended up arguing with support. The rep acted like a manager, then later admitted she wasn’t. That alone was kind of hilarious and kind of infuriating. I waited. I got two $50 merch credits in the mail and nothing else. Then out of nowhere Ticketmaster emails arrive with tickets. Not the seats I paid for. No price shown. My partner and I are still not sure if the tickets are valid or if we’ll be stuck in nosebleeds. Delivery was sloppy. Customer service felt like a bad improv show. I tried to be patient, but it wore thin. I don’t want to scare anyone — just don’t expect clear answers, and keep screenshots. Annoying, stressful, would not recommend.
Gate-side letdown
bought through SeatGeek, which routed the order through another seller. Figured no big deal, I’ve used similar services before. Lesson learned.
Last-minute ticket drama
I eventually got in, but it was way more hair-pulling than it needed to be. I bought almost-$500 tickets as a birthday present and then spent three months half-convinced I'd been ghosted. I kept calling and every time they told me the venue hadn’t released them yet — which is fine in theory, but in practice it meant zero updates and lots of stress. They only pushed the electronic tickets out the weekend of the show, literally days before, and I only found them in the AXS app after I kept calling. Pro tip: don’t assume they’ll email you — apparently they can just dump them into an app and hope you figure it out. I saved about twenty bucks buying from this site and honestly, that wasn’t worth the anxiety. Friends who used other sellers had tickets within a few days. Still, I’m grateful it worked out and we made the show, so I’m not furious, just annoyed and tired. If you use them, be persistent, call often, and download the AXS app right away — don’t wait like I did.

About ScoreBig
ScoreBig was an American company focused on the online resale and distribution of tickets for events, such as sports games, concerts, theater performances, and other live entertainment events. Founded in 2009 by Adam Kanner and Joel Milne, ScoreBig aimed to provide an alternative platform for users to purchase tickets, often at discounted prices, by using a bidding system where customers could offer to pay a certain price for seats. The company aimed to fill unsold seats for event organizers while offering consumers discounts and a wide variety of event options. However, ScoreBig faced financial difficulties and ceased operations around 2016.
