Pulled this out after it burned up — weird way to start. I brought it in about two weeks later, annoyed the warranty was called "physical damage." Ash actually listened, handled the forms, and they fixed it like promised. I used it a couple days after pickup; first impression is solid, nothing flashy. Delivery was on time and the team was dry but efficient. Would go back.
Late delivery, good support
Having no working fridge for almost three weeks was a real pain — I rely on it daily for meal prep and the kids' lunches, so it threw off our week. Service Box handled the case professionally and the engineer was helpful when he showed up. The hold-up was mostly with the repair firm and AO, not them, which is annoying. Glad it's fixed now, though delivery could've been quicker.

Cold showers & waiting
don't rely on them if you're abroad. I wish they'd been more proactive, and honestly I probably wouldn't buy the same cover again.
