Privacy surprise
I opened an account to sell a few shirts after a move and needed some extra cash. Turns out their Legal Info page shows your real name, part of your address, email and phone to anyone who clicks — surprised me. Support answered but didn’t make it private; awkward. Be warned if you value privacy.
Quick delivery, meh quality
The box showed up fast and I actually needed these last minute for a DJ spot and because my lower back gets sore when I’m cold. At first I thought, great, problem solved — then the hoodie had iffy stitching on both sleeves and the tee was paper-thin. Felt cheaper than the photos. I did contact customer service and they were helpful and responsive, which smoothed things over and turned my annoyance down a notch. So yeah, not great quality for the price, but delivery and support were decent, I’ll probably shop elsewhere next time.
Lost in their void
I first saw this site because a buddy used it for shirts, looked neat, so I uploaded my logo expecting a quick mockup. Instead they rejected it with no real reason and my product vanished into some "lost in space" status (yes, really). It felt like tossing your design into a black hole while their FAQ links read like a law exam. They even tell you to contact legal if you want an explanation — feels backwards. I poked support, got canned replies, waited, and ended up annoyed. Not a fan anymore.
Pleasantly surprised by the outcome
I’m honestly pretty pleased with how things turned out. I went in expecting a lot of hassle — the setup felt weird at first since you upload each design separately and there isn’t the kind of drag-and-edit template flexibility I’m used to. But after poking around and asking a few questions, I found a workflow that actually makes sense for me. Yeah, it takes a minute to get used to repeating a few steps, and I did gripe about that a bit, but once I accepted it, adding variations was straightforward. I reached out to support (had a short back-and-forth with Kayla) and they followed up — not lightning-fast, but they did help and got my shop showing available products again. Compared to some other services that overpromise and then ghost you, this one delivered. I’m glad I stuck with it instead of bailing early. Would’ve liked a couple small quality-of-life tweaks, but overall I’m thankful it worked out and I’d recommend giving it a try.
Needed shop live, support failed
long waits in chat (hours), help articles that say one thing and agents saying something else, and once an agent just cut the chat mid-conversation. I asked the same basic question twice and then got no follow-up. They also take a cut of sales, which made the whole ordeal feel worse. The dashboard works once you get it going, but getting there was annoying and kind of draining.
Simple T-shirt design purchase
The shop setup is super outdated, you have to upload each design individually and can't even edit it once it's done, like what a disaster! And don't even get me started on trying to use the same design on different parts of the shirt, it's a total headache! Plus, you can't even remove one logo from a design with multiple logos, like seriously? It's such a waste of time and so frustrating. And then when my shop finally went live, all the products were showing as out of stock! And when I asked about compensation, they said it's not their problem, like really?! Terrible company, seriously.
T-Shirt purchase
I bought a T-shirt not too long ago and man, was I bummed out. It wasn't what I expected at all. The material was cheap, the size was all wrong, and on top of that, the design wasn't even centered right. It looked sloppy and amateurish. I tried reaching out to customer service to talk about it, but they didn't really seem to care much. All things considered, my whole experience with this purchase was a letdown. I definitely wouldn't suggest this store to anyone else.
