I just booked a flight with this airline and man, let me tell you, I am so bummed out. They totally pulled a fast one on me! I paid for my ticket and then boom, they hit me with a whole extra 10 to 12 hours of travel time! I tried to reach out to customer service through their chat, and they straight up told me that the deal I thought I was getting wasn't real and that the extended time was set in stone. That's just plain wrong, man! Such a waste of my time. This airline should be ashamed of themselves for pulling this shady stuff.

As a frequent traveler, I have had the opportunity to fly with Swiss International Air Lines on several occasions and I must say that I have been thoroughly impressed with their service. The flight crew is always polite and attentive, making sure that every passenger is comfortable and has everything they need.
