Mixed feelings about The Chef & The Dish January 12, 2023

I recently had the opportunity to try out The Chef & The Dish, a company that offers virtual cooking classes with chefs from around the world. I have to say, it was a unique and enjoyable experience.

First off, the process of booking a class was simple and straightforward. I was able to browse through the available chefs and select one that specialized in the type of cuisine I was interested in.

Once the class was booked, I received an email with a list of ingredients and equipment that I would need. The class itself was held over video call, and the chef was able to talk me through each step of the recipe in real-time.

The chef was knowledgeable and personable, and made the experience fun and interactive. They were able to answer any questions I had and offer tips and tricks along the way.

The dish I cooked turned out delicious, and I felt a sense of accomplishment after completing it. I appreciated that the recipe was authentic and true to the cuisine, rather than a watered-down version for the American palate.

Overall, I found The Chef & The Dish to be a great way to learn about different cuisines and gain confidence in my cooking skills. I would definitely recommend giving it a try.
