it didn’t. I wasted three weeknights trying every trick I found online, then reached out for help. Tech support finally asked for photos, I sent them, and then...crickets for a bit. Eventually they admitted their programmer won’t talk to my car, which was annoying because their product page makes it sound otherwise. The one decent surprise: the return label arrived without fuss and I got a refund pretty quickly — just minus $4.68. I know that’s not huge cash, but it feels petty when I gave them hours of my time for nothing. I’ve had other vendors at least guide me through pairing or offer a full refund faster, so this fell short of that. All in all: product didn’t work, support was slow, refund mostly came through. If you care about your evenings, maybe check somewhere with better-tested compatibility first.
