My experience with the customer service at this company was amazing! At first, I had some trouble figuring out how to order the at-home testing kit on their website. But once I found the contact phone number for help, the customer service reps were so nice, helpful, and fast at fixing all my problems. They really went the extra mile to make sure I had a good experience, and I'm really thankful for how much they cared about making their customers happy.
At-home COVID-19 test purchase
The COVID-19 test I bought for home use didn't have clear instructions on how to set up a Zoom call for supervised collection. Even after I made an account, I was confused navigating the website - it didn't help at all. But then, I talked to a lady named Amy, and she fixed everything super fast. She linked my purchase to my account and gave me detailed steps on how to connect with the test proctors. Amy was really nice and professional, showing great customer service skills.
COVID Test Experience
