He fixed the sensor fast and even looked at our Arlo doorbell when I mentioned it. No extra charge, no fuss. Delivery was prompt and the whole interaction turned me from skeptical to actually relieved. Really solid customer service.
Surprisingly solid
they prefer WhatsApp. Fine for them, annoying for me. Instead of saying one sentence, I end up in a long typed back-and-forth that takes forever. Still, that little hassle doesn't outweigh the peace of mind. Skeptical at first, now mostly happy and relieved — and I get better sleep.
