I just bought something on this platform and overall, it was okay. But, I think they could do better with the search filters and letting users customize their profiles more. If they had more specific search filters, it would help customers find what they're looking for faster. And if they improved how user profiles work, it would be easier for people to set their own preferences and adjust their settings on the site.
