the cup’s bottom is a bit rounded so it wobbles on the windscreen, not great for careful pouring. I contacted Silver Ant and they replied fast and sent a replacement cup, which honestly made me trust them more after a slow-support experience with another brand.
Quick fix, great stuff
I’ve bought their gear from Amazon before, so I already liked the fit and finish. This time I ordered straight from them and one of the cross-stand sets came with two identical pieces — annoying, but not the end of the world. I messaged support and didn’t expect such a fast, helpful reply. They immediately shipped the correct complementary parts, and I had two working stands in no time. I deal with other brands that take ages to respond, so this felt refreshingly efficient. Quality is solid and their service really makes the difference. I’ll be back for more.
