Honestly, glad we bought it, but it's far from flawless. I needed a treadmill because my lower back has been acting up and trips to the gym were just making it worse, so getting something at home made sense. The order got messy — it was out of stock — but customer service actually called and kept me in the loop, which helped. It arrived eventually, assembly wasn't terrible though the instructions skipped a couple steps so I had to guess once or twice. My wife uses it every day and she really likes it. Casting your phone to the display worked better than I expected, and the motor is quieter than I thought. Price felt a touch high, but overall I'd recommend it with some caveats.
A bike that fits my chaos

Assembly was straightforward, though I had one small wobble that I fixed with a tighter bolt. I’ve dealt with slower help from other brands, so this felt better than I feared. Overall it does the job for early-morning sessions.

As a 6'5" guy it fits surprisingly well — saddle and handlebars line up without weird stretching. The screen is crisp and the speaker is clear enough for podcasts or YouTube while pedaling. Biggest surprise was how easy phone mirroring turned out to be; I ended up watching videos and even playing a game while riding. Only real annoyance was the site saying free shipping to Australia; that was confusing and delivery took longer than I expected. Support made up for it though — very responsive and helpful. Price feels fair for the build, but check shipping first.
