A Satisfied Customer's Review of RedPocket
I have been a client of RedPocket for several months now and I have been very pleased with their service. Their plans are very affordable and they offer a wide range of options to choose from. The customer service is also top-notch, they were able to assist me with any issues I had promptly and efficiently.
One thing I particularly like about RedPocket is their flexibility when it comes to changing plans. I am able to change my plan or add more data whenever I need to, without any extra fees or penalties.
Another great thing about RedPocket is their coverage. I have not had any problems with dropped calls or weak signals. I have also been able to use my phone while traveling outside of the country without any issues.

I just switched to this MVNO wireless service and I have to say, I am super happy with the level of service they give. They work with all 3 major carriers, so switching is easy, and their prices are really good too. But what really makes them stand out is their awesome customer service. Every time I've had a problem, which isn't very often, their reps are helpful, quick, and super nice. It's nice to know there's a company out there that cares about their customers and gives great support. All in all, I totally recommend this MVNO to anyone looking for reliable wireless service at a great price.
New Phone Carrier
I wasn't sure about changing phone carriers, especially going from a big one to a smaller one. But, I've actually been really happy with the service and customer support I've gotten. Haven't had any big problems with my phone around town, so that's been nice. And even though I haven't traveled much, I feel pretty good that the service will keep up based on how things have been going.
Customer service experience
The customer service live chat team was awesome! They were always there to help me out and make sure I got everything I needed. Only had a little trouble getting connected to the live chat at first, but once I did, they really came through for me. Shoutout to Jennie, she was a total pro. Knew her stuff, was super patient, and got my issue sorted out in no time. Great experience all around!
Esim download help
I was struggling to download my esim, and none of the other people I spoke with could help. But then, Ronald came to the rescue! He knew exactly what to do and fixed it really quickly. I was so impressed, he's definitely the best customer service rep I've ever talked to.
Easy transition to a new phone plan
The customer service person I talked to at RedPocket really knew their stuff and was super helpful in helping me pick out a new phone plan for my second device. They made sure I understood everything and even sent me a chat transcript to refer back to later. Ordering the SIM card was fast and switching over to the new plan was a piece of cake.
Data plan purchase
I got this data plan recently and man, it was a disaster. Everything was moving at a snail's pace, and when I finally reached out to customer service for help, they were no help at all. My data kept acting up, and it took forever to get it sorted out. To sum it up, I was super disappointed with how everything went down.
