I've been using my prepaid lines for about 2 years now and they've been awesome. I switched over from Verizon to these prepaid lines when I moved to an area that needed AT&T coverage, and I honestly couldn't be happier. I haven't had any problems with my service and I've only had to reach out to customer service when I was transferring my numbers. The coverage has been really good and the prices are unbeatable. I definitely recommend these prepaid lines to anyone who wants a dependable and budget-friendly option.
Cheap back up line on AT&T
I had the absolute worst experience with their customer service. I was on hold for what seemed like forever just to ask a simple question. They messed up my account by removing my auto pay without even asking me. When I requested to speak to a manager, they flat out refused. Right now, I'm in the process of switching to a different company because dealing with their low rates just isn't worth all the stress. Take it from me, spare yourself the frustration.
Porting out service
I was really let down by the lack of help I got when I was trying to transfer one of my numbers. The person I talked to for customer service wasn't helpful at all and didn't give me what I needed to finish the transfer process. It was annoying dealing with a company that didn't seem like they wanted to assist me, especially since I wanted to switch to a different service provider. I won't be using this company again because of the bad customer service I dealt with.
Unauthorized charge issue
My experience with this company was terrible. They just went ahead and took money from my account without asking, and when I tried to get it back, they were so unhelpful and resistant.
