Cheap back up line on AT&T
I had the absolute worst experience with their customer service. I was on hold for what seemed like forever just to ask a simple question. They messed up my account by removing my auto pay without even asking me. When I requested to speak to a manager, they flat out refused. Right now, I'm in the process of switching to a different company because dealing with their low rates just isn't worth all the stress. Take it from me, spare yourself the frustration.

Formal Dress
I was really let down by my latest purchase from this company. The dress I got looked nothing like the pictures online. It was cheaply put together with loose stitching, stiff glue on the mesh, and the slit was in a weird spot. When I tried to send it back, they tried to talk me into getting it fixed instead of giving me a refund. It took a bunch of emails and waiting, but I finally sent it back. Now I haven't gotten my refund like they said I would. The way they treat their customers and the quality of their products is just terrible and totally not okay.

Expensive toy broke 3 times
I wasted a ton of cash on this toy that just kept falling apart! The first one broke, the replacement didn't work, and then the third one fell apart too. Tried to get my money back but they refused. They shipped me another version that was more expensive, lasted a bit longer, but still ended up breaking. It's a shame they don't hold up because when they actually worked, they were the coolest toy ever!
