I just gave a new website builder a shot, switching from my old faithful one I've been using forever. The templates on this new software are pretty eye-catching, but I had some trouble with a few features. Luckily, the customer support team was super helpful and got back to me pretty quickly, even though I had to bug them a bunch with my questions. It's been 5 days of tinkering on my site, and it's only kinda-sorta resembling what I had in mind. The design isn't as sleek as I had hoped for and the mobile version definitely needs some work.
